Always travelling well Dwayne elected to go to the inside on straightening and the mare made a quick rush towards the leaders. With 200m to go she seemed to be going ” nowhere” along the rails , which were quite clearly off, but she showed great grit and determination to nose out Gr1 winner Begoodtoyamother on the line.
Another stakesplacing especially against the boy’s has certainly re-enforced her value and she looks to go into next weeks Gr3 Cockram Stks at Caulfield against her own sex, in great form.
