ANOTHER GROUP 1 PLACING FOR ASTRO

What a great honest horse The Astrologist is. Racing again at Group 1 level the big gelding again showed how consistent he is and how hard he tries with a fantastic 3rd in Saturday’s Gr1 Goodwood Hcp at Morphettville. Although a little slowly away Fred Kersley always had him within touch and travelling well 3rd / 4th most of the way. Presented on straightening he tried all the way to the line to be beaten only 1.8L.
It was The Astrologist’s 14th run at Group or Listed level and he boasts an amazing 2 wins 2 2nds & 4 3rds and his overall record stands at 26 starts for 7 wins 4 2nds & 7 3rds and he has now amassed over 1.1 mil is takes money.
Another terrific ride by Fred Kersley who was also injured during the running and thanks to Malua racing for all the good work they have done with him.
