WOW Dayan Star delivered at Cranbourne last Friday night and delivered in spades. The Magic Millions purchased Zoustar colt had always shown very good ability at the trials but to some was a little disappointing on debut at Geelong. There were excuses that day and those with faith were rewarded with 18.00 starting price.
Jack Hill rode the colt as the best in the race taking him to the front and dictated terms from there, booting away on the turn and gearing down to an nearly 4Len win.
The colt is one of only 3 foals for his stakesplaced dam who passed away last year.
